At FUSE Fitness, our classes are unparalleled in their quality and experience. Our main goal is to make exercise fun while pushing you to achieve your utmost potential, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from each and every workout. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of classes that cater to every interest and passion. Regardless of your current fitness level, rest assured that our classes are designed to be adaptable and suitable for individuals of all abilities.

At FUSE Fitness, we really focus on working together, supporting each other, and motivating one another as a community. We are an all-inclusive fitness group and once you start with FUSE Fitness you instantly become part of the family.

We are known for our classes whether they be outside (you may have seen us on the Brockwell Park tarmac) or in. We have a summer and winter timetable which is fully adaptable and flexible to changing weather conditions. However, what truly sets us apart is our incredible music selection. Our carefully curated playlists create an uplifting atmosphere, keeping everyone's energy levels high and motivation soaring throughout the sessions. The infectious beats and positive vibes will help you stay motivated and engaged, making every workout a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  • This famous class led by Darren is the ultimate spin class in London. This is not any ordinary spin class, this class is packed with so much more than just bike work. We use both upper and lower body, we add weights, we do group work, the list is endless. Every part of your body is worked in this class. The atmosphere is insane for this class and the moves are on point!

  • This class is for those who need to get up and out early and complete their workout before most people have even woken up. This is the perfect early morning blitz for 30 minutes. This class is all about endurance work. It is a varied class, and we switch it up all the time to keep you on your toes but expect hill runs, weights, cardio work and some serious increased heart rates.

  • This class is the same as the FUSE Early Risers except in this one, the focus is on circuit work and bike work. It’s a high impact, high intensity class where you can expect burpees, sprints, floor work, weights including body weight movements, ab work and the all-important bike work.

  • This class is a FREE 15 minute abs workout for anybody who wants to join in! You don’t need to book, you just need to turn up. It is a sculpting abs class, and we can guarantee by doing this once a week you will start to see the results!

  • Our combat class will most definitely put some impact into your routine. Working alongside the best DNB playlists, we have high energy and high impact with this boxing class. This class is a great introduction to FUSE Fitness workouts with our amazing combinations and technique of boxing and kicks, you will not even feel like you are working out.

  • Our Body Pump class is a really special one. We have this on our indoor season timetable (winter), so it is not one to be missed. We do the same routine every week so you can see the impact on your body throughout the indoor season. This is a high calorie burn class and as always, we have the biggest playlist to keep you going throughout.

  • This class is perfect for those who want to gain pure strength and build those muscles. We focus on the legs and glutes with big weights and big machines. This class is definitely worth adding into your weekly routine.

  • Our Fuse functional is one of our most popular classes because it works every part of your body in 50 minutes! We use ski machines, assault bikes, runners, hammer tyres, kettle bells, battle ropes, you name it, we will have it. Its a hardcore class but it is the best value for money for one class, you will not be disappointed.

  • If you haven’t heard about our FUSE Hip hop circuits then where have you been? One of the busiest classes in our outdoor season (summer) Its famous around Brockwell park for the vibes that we give off. Its high energy circuit training. Big impact, big calorie burn, big vibes. We include weights and complex movements to improve and sculpt the body. One not to be missed.

  • Our Super Saturdays are on our summer timetable and they are not to be missed. They happen once or twice a month so make sure you follow us to know when they are happening, but they are varied classes and we mix it up each time. You can expect circuits and bootcamps as a taster. We don’t call them Super Saturdays for nothing, be sure to be worked hard.

  • Our FUSE premium events are one off special events that we organise to help switch things up and keep you exercising in different ways. We think it is so important to keep your routine fresh and exciting so we try and help by organising great one off classes to help explore new avenues. In the past year we have been rock climbing, done a triathlon, gone go karting and done sprints round crystal palace football ground. These are BIG!
