Fuse Fitness offers a 12 Week Transformation Programme designed to get clients into the best shape of their life. In 2016 Fuse Fitness launched its Transformation Programme which brings together elements of its PT service alongside our class timetable. The result is an affordable transformation programme which delivers results!
Fuse Fitness runs 3 programmes a year. Applicants are chosen by application to assess their readiness to make a change. Once selected participants will be required to commit to 4 classes per week for 12 weeks. Participants receive food plans, body composition readings, calorie and macro calculations and continuous support throughout the process.
